Another tunnel designed by Arianna for ANAS's #greenlight project.
The Colle Capretto Gallery in Umbria is part of Lot 3 of ANAS. The tender was awarded by Bouygues E&S InTec Italia S.p.A. who has chosen Arianna as a partner for LED lighting.
In this photo we have compared the Gallery in the permanent section before and after the redevelopment. The Arianna lighting system guarantees uniform light, without shadow areas and dispersions.
For the Colle Capretto Gallery we decided to use a single product: Phileo tunnel. Different power sizes able to perfectly meet the strict regulatory requirements relating to tunnel lighting.
For the entrance (reinforcement lighting only switched on during the day) we have designed a solution that can quickly adapt the eye to the darkness of the tunnel. Phileo tunnel 6 high-power modules with very short interdistance. Patented total reflection counter-flush optics capable of achieving the required luminance levels without glare and with low power consumption.
We also chose Phileo tunnel for permanent, 24-hour lighting. One product, one shape, same hooks to facilitate installation and maintenance work. Phileo's modular optical system allowed us, by changing reflectors, to contain consumption and illuminate without waste along the entire length of the tunnel. The total energy saving exceeds 70% compared to the old lighting.
PHILEO TUNNEL FEATURES
The modularity of Phileo makes it the ideal projector for any type of tunnel. It was possible to replace the old point-to-point projectors, managing to comply with the values required by the luminance curve of the standard.
The total reflection applied to Phileo's reflectors make it the most comfortable projector in the gallery.
Even where counter-flow lighting (directed towards the motorist) is the most convenient, our headlamps guarantee glare levels well below the allowable limit (less than 2%). The reflector system capable of hiding the LEDs from the driver's view guarantees unique visual comfort.
Practicality, safety and energy saving are fundamental elements for us at Arianna. The starting point for the study of all our products.
