The successful collaboration between Bouygues E&S InTec Italia S.p.A. and Arianna S.p.a. for the redevelopment of the San Pellegrino Tunnel continues. This tunnel is also part of the #greenlight project promoted by ANAS.

PROJECT DETAILS
Phileo was installed in the San pellegrino tunnel.
For the entrance area, Phileo tunnels were installed with counter-flow optics capable of achieving high levels of brightness at low wattages, which allows for large energy savings. The patented total reflection applied to all Phileo optics make it the ideal floodlight also for lighting in the opposite direction to the direction of travel. Hiding the light source significantly reduces glare, which remains well below the limit allowed by regulations.
The same product, but with symmetrical optics, was installed along the entire length of the tunnel for permanent lighting.
The decision to use the same body for both the entrance and the entire length of the tunnel facilitated the installation operation.
In the San Pellegrino Gallery, luminance and uniformity measurements have already been carried out by Arianna's support team, which confirmed design expectations and compliance with regulations.
