An innovative locking system made possible by the polycarbonate frame and the new connector. It embodies production simplicity: it allows the upper shell to be attached to the device with a "click," using only security screws.

Polycarbonate can be crafted into a variety of shapes and colors, allowing the customer to customize the projector according to their aesthetic preferences. This feature enables the creation of unique and distinctive products that cater to any taste and need.

With a significant weight reduction compared to the use of aluminum, while maintaining the same mechanical resistance characteristics (IP66 IK08), the 70,000lm projector shows a 45% decrease in wind-exposed area and a 57% reduction in weight compared to the Petrarca 2.0. Meanwhile, the 200,000lm projector presents a 19% decrease in wind-exposed area and a 25% reduction in weight.

The combination of the new polycarbonate shell and plastic bushing ensures flawless insulation for the device, effectively mitigating the risk of failures caused by surges in the structure. This innovation not only ensures a longer lifespan, but also offers additional peace of mind to users, knowing that their device is protected from any power supply related mishaps.

The driver is no longer positioned on the heatsink of the device. It’s fixed to the pole base or to the bracket, not interfering with the heat exchange of the aluminum and thus guaranteeing greater temperature control.

It considers production, transport, land exploitation, recycling rate and water consumption. The final value is used to understand what consequences these products have for the planet.

According to the study conducted in the UK*, plastic is more sustainable than glass (impacted by the significant weight during its life cycle) and aluminum (impacted by the high energy required for processing)

Also, unlike aluminum, the molding of the body in plastic material records a zero-waste production process.
